In response to feedback from our agents, we are scheduling more F&I Schools this year and two will be in locations other than Austin, Texas. Mark your calendars and make sure your personnel take advantage of these opportunites to complete the most powerful and effective training in the business.

Along with the 4 day F&I Schools, SmartDealerUniversity continues to offer the one day Menu Training Seminars and one day Advanced Training Seminars. Don't forget on the day immediately following the Menu and Advanced Seminars, the Trainer will be available to "ride with the agent". This includes calling on dealers, going to dealerships to work one-on- one with an F&I Manager, working with your agency personnel to ensure their knowledge of training issues, or anything else that is helpful to you, the agent. The "Ride Along" schedule is on a first-come, first-served basis, so book your spot now.
